Addressing Anti-Black Racism in the Canadian Workplace

With the spotlight of Anti-Black Racism finally being shone in society, many businesses are struggling to find way to fully and properly address this systemic issue.

Deloitte has published a report centred around acknowledging and building frameworks around dismantling Anti-Black racism in businesses. As they state in their report, the steps in this poster are starting point and not a full, comprehensive guide that is an easy fix for such a complex issue. More must be done in our workplaces to ensure an equitable place for all.
