Education for Parents

As parents we often walk with our hearts in our hands ready to support our children in any capacity to ensure their success. Regardless of what part of the world we are from, it is understood that children are our future and any effort to support them is never a waste of time.

Through connecting and supporting Black Canadian parents, guardians and caregivers, the heart of the family, Family Fuse get to the root of their education issues. By coaching and connecting parents with valuable resources in the community, Family Fuse ensures they are TRIPLE S; supported, successful and secure when it comes to navigating the education system in support of their children. Through research, we know that support during formative years helps set a child up for academic success (United Way Neighborhood Report 2018).

Wherever children are in their academics and wherever parents are in their abilities to support their children, Family Fuse is here to help. Through relationships with parents, guardians, and caregivers we are better connected to coach and help create solutions to solve parents most pressing issues as it relates to the education system. Be it providing support for parent teacher interviews, advocating during school disputes, demystifying mental health, or simply needing a sounding board to help with the navigation process, Family Fuse has the team to help you prosper.
