Every Monday our Family Fuse team likes to bring you articles and insight on how to improve conditions for our Black community. This includes education for allies, friends, family and ourselves. It is meant to be things, ideas, and topics that will keep you motivated.

On this Family Fuse Motivation Monday, this blog by Denene Millner, discusses the social impacts of being a smart young Black girl in school. Millner further discusses ways in which her baby girls intelligence was deemed as her “acting white” resulting in questioning of self-identity and her blackness.
